Gateway Phase I located on 8th avenue is a 50-unit development including one infill building.  These abandoned building underwent substantial gut rehabilitation including all new building materials, sub floor, partitions, HVAC, steel, concrete, masonry, electrical, etc.  These building will provide 50 rental units including two and three bedroom and more than 3,800 square feet of commercial space.
